What kind of products do you sell?
Cozy Willow Co. offers digital planners, checklists, courses, and guides designed for intentional living, thoughtful planning, and real life. These tools are meant to support you and can be used at your own pace.
Are these physical products?
No — all Cozy Willow Co. products are digital downloads. This means you’ll receive your files instantly after purchase and can use them on your device or print them at home or your local print shop.
How do I access my downloads?
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files directly from the checkout page. You can access your downloads from anywhere at any time on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Can I print the planners?
Yes! Our files are designed to be printer-friendly! You’re also welcome to use them digitally on a tablet or computer, depending on what works best for you.
What if I’m not “good” at planning or sticking to plans?
That’s exactly who these are for.
These tools are flexible and forgiving — not rigid systems. There’s no “right” way to use them, and no pressure to do everything perfectly.
What file format are your products in?
Almost all Cozy Willow Co. products are provided as PDF files. This keeps them flexible and easy to use — whether you prefer printing pages or using them digitally.

Are refunds or returns available?
Because these are digital products, all sales are final. That said, if something isn’t working or you have an issue accessing your files, please reach out — I’m always happy to help.
How often do you release new products?
New products are added monthly at a minimum. Mostly products are added as inspiration strikes and needs arise — there’s no fixed schedule! You can join the email list to be the first to know when something new is released.
Do you offer custom or branded versions of your products?
At this time, I occasionally accept limited customization requests for businesses or organizations, depending on availability. Custom work is offered for an additional fee. If you’re interested, please reach out with details and I’ll let you know if it’s a good fit!
Can I fill out your PDF files in Adobe?
Yes — most Cozy Willow Co. planners and worksheets are designed to be fillable in Adobe Reader, so you can type directly into them. Any specific file details will always be noted on the product listing.

Courses
How do I access a course I purchased from you?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with login details to access the course on Teachable. You can watch the lessons anytime at your own pace.
Are courses self-paced or live?
Most of our courses are completely self-paced. You can move through the lessons on your own schedule and revisit them anytime!
How long do I have access to the course?
You’ll have ongoing access to the course materials through Teachable, so you can return to them whenever you need a refresher.
The course may be updated over time to reflect new insights or improvements. Any updates will be available within Teachable.
Do I need any special software or tools?
No special software is required. All you need is an internet connection and a device to watch the lessons. Any downloadable materials will be provided as PDFs.
